The last session of the year

I met this family last year and was so impressed with them. The kids are so kind, polite, well mannered and fun! The parents are equally as great. I'm sure raising 4 kids (there were only three last year) isn't the easiest job, but they show such patience, kindness and and love for their kids and it makes for one nice family!

We attempted to get "the" Christmas card photo and then we had some fun.

Someone is getting ready to lose her front tooth... I wonder if it will wiggle out before Christmas, and more importantly if Santa will bring her a new one??!!Cute kids!

Love this silly shot.

I think this was the last shot we did... Baby L decided it was time for me to go.

I enjoyed seeing you again. Thanks so much.

in love...

I met such a cute couple today! Lauren and Dan just got engaged and are planning a Thanksgiving wedding next year. We had a perfect early morning to traipse around SU campus (where they both attended college).
I loved how easy they were with each other and with the camera. They made my job so easy.
LOVE this one...

and this one, too... SU has so many gorgeous buildings with vines growing all over them... makes for some interesting backdrops. Stick a beautiful couple in front of it and you can't go wrong!!

Thank you very much for the opportunity to capture your love... best wishes to you both!

Thanksgiving...

A beautiful simple table for Thanksgiving.

My older brother is notorious for being the first through the food line at any family gathering... looks good, yes??!!
Ruby was all set for our walk through the woods.
Does it look like they were in the middle of nowhere???!! It's a cornfield right next to their property. It's for sale, by the way...
Thank you Papa for leading the way!
Nene called me a couple of weeks ago with great excitement. She found a ridiculous amount of wild bittersweet in the woods behind their house. Gorgeous!! What a great find.
Even in the starkness of fall/winter, nature is indeed beautiful.
We had a great time in Ohio. It was so nice to be with family.

do ya miss me??!!

Busy busy busy busy busy busy busy!!!!
I'll be back later with some pics from Thanksgiving and more........!
